LPN

Job Overview:

• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience required.
• Schedule: 4 on, 2 off rotation
• Experience working at SNF or experience with Alzheimer's or other related Dementia diagnosis preferred.
• BLS required.
• Active LPN license required

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
