Pharmacy Technician

Location: Aurora, CO
Shift: Day shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Perform IV admixture including chemotherapy, TPNs, and other intravenous medications.
• Operate specialized equipment such as closed systems for chemotherapy, repeater pumps, and TPN compounders.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations, ensuring the integrity of medications.
• Travel as needed to various infusion sites (100% travel to 4 designated locations).

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in IV admixture.

Licenses/Certifications:

• Active BLS Certification (preferred).
• Valid Pharmacy Technician license in good standing.
• Familiarity with the following equipment is required:
• Closed systems for chemo preparation.
• Repeater pumps.
• TPN compounders.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $39.00 - $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Physical Setting:

• Inpatient
• Outpatient

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: On the road
