What are the responsibilities and job description for the CARETAKER P (HA) position at NYC Department of Social Services?
- Mix plastering materials properly.
- Apply plastering materials to interior and exterior surfaces (use of hawk, trowel, Darby, slicker; working of dots and screeds); apply plaster coats (scratch, brown and finish).
- Lathing and plastering bases (channel iron, wire lath, etc.).
- Perform dust control and clean up.
NOTE: Travel within the Borough of Brooklyn is required.
