What are the responsibilities and job description for the Utilities Right of Way Agent - Idaho - SIGN-ON BONUS position at O.R. Colan Associates (ORC)?
ORC is seeking a full-time, exempt Right of Way Agent to work on projects based out of Idaho. The selected candidate will travel throughout the state about 25% of the time.

What you will be doing:
As a Right of Way Agent, you will acquire right of way rights per project guidelines and regulations, for electric transmission projects in support of the Project Manager (PM), or members of the project team. The selected candidate will be responsible forpreparing real estate documents, performing basic property research for ownership and boundary information, and communicating with property owners and their representatives for the acquisition of right of way. You will be responsible for performing general administrative work including but not limited to preparing legal documents, reports and correspondence, attending meetings, entering and retrieving computer data, copying and filing documents for file management, verbal and written communications with customers, customer service and related functions.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of three(3) years of Right of Way acquisition experience
- Active Idaho Real Estate license
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Dropbox
- Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems
- Valid Driver's License

Able to read, understand and interpret department related documents and data. The employee is required to move about inside the office to access files, office equipment and to interact with other members of the staff. This role requires the employee to occasionally travel to meet with clients or vendors which involves time driving; sometimes for long durations. While meeting with clients and vendors, will need to be outdoors traversing different types of landscapes. May be exposed to the elements (heat, rain, snow, cold).
