Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct weekly open houses
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Commit to weekly, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive and friendly spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions.
- Team player
- Licensed real estate professional
- 3 years’ of real estate sales experience or 12 closed transactions
- Strong communication skills
- Learning based, growth-minded
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
