General Summary
Conducts the full-life cycle of recruiting from initial posting requisition to hiring and onboarding. Conducts specialized candidate sourcing for executive positions within the County, using dynamic recruitment practices. Source, screen, and prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers. Conducts prescreening and final interviews on candidates and serves on the interview panel. Ensures a positive candidate experience from the application to the final on-boarding process. Maintains an awareness of competitive practices, industry trends, and recruitment standards. Administers the internal re-employment and re-call list process in accordance with policy. Participates in job fairs and events. Utilizes current Countywide and/or department specific software to complete assignments.

USD $60,990.00 - USD $81,715.00 /Yr.

Required Minimum Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Political Science, Public Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Administration, HRIS, Training & Development, Employee Records, or related field.
- Have three (3) years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following areas: recruitment, test development or test validation, HRIS, training, labor relations, compensation administration, position classification, E.E.O., fringe benefit administration or human resource planning.
