Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Computer Based Training Instructor I to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering computer-based training programs to our employees. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in instructional design, e-learning, and adult learning principles. MCoE's mission is to provide initial and sustainment of MC Digital Training Instruction to Programs of Instruction (POI), Tenant Units, Simulation Systems Administration maintenance and operations, and Supported Non-Tenant Units that train at the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE), Clarke Simulations Center, at Ft. Moore.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver computer-based training (CBT-I) programs to employees ) to support a minimum of six (6) Mission Command Learning Environment Classrooms, four (4) Army Games for Training (AGFT) Classrooms, and (6) Stryker Vehicle Collective Trainers (6) by providing Primary and Alternative Instructors for all training events.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop training materials
• Create engaging and interactive e-learning content using authoring tools
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and recommend solutions
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in e-learning and instructional design

Requirements:

• Graduation from the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC), or equivalent, and
• Ability to complete a train-the-trainer course in an approved MC system applicable application(s)
• Experience with FBCB2-BFT, JBC-P, CPCE, VBS3, LVC-G systems, and DXTRS. Demonstrable experience using, training, and/or developing terrain models for LVC-G systems
• Strong knowledge of simulation software and tools, such as MATLAB, Simulink, and LabVIEW
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Active Secret clearance is required.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Work will be performed at an active Military Installation
• Familiarity with CAC card procedures; existing CAC holder preferred
