OBXtek is recruiting for an experienced IT Services Program Manager with experience performing the following:
- Managing and directing activities of a large multi-disciplinary IT support groups
- Developing complex Information Technology program plans to address needs and requirements, investigating and resolving problems, interfacing with other functional support groups and outside personnel, preparing capital and operating requests, managing Subcontractors’ staff, and executing program plans
- Organizing and directing work, and directing personnel and multi-discipline teams in order to achieve objectives
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems associated with TO PWS requirements
- Plans, initiates, and manages information technology projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Level IV performs more independent thinking, complex tasks with little to no supervision compared to a Level III and may supervise others.
- Experience managing and directing activities of a large multi-disciplinary IT support groups. Experience organizing and directing work and directing personnel and multi-discipline teams to achieve objectives. Experience addressing complaints and resolving problems associated with TO PWS requirements.
- Minimum Education: Master’s degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- ITILv4 Foundation
- Experience in this Discipline: Ten (10) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency
