The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly qualified and entrepreneurial Manager to join our team. Brand 3 will be an innovative new skincare-focused offering that uses our technology platform to deliver a differentiated product.
In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to bring the Brand 3 vision to life—to define and set strategy, plan, prioritize, build, and execute. You will work dynamically from ideation through launch, working cross-functionally across multiple workstreams to deliver on the brand’s strategic objectives. T
What you will do:
- Build product strategy and roadmap – analyze competitive landscape, identify opportunities for product disruption and whitespace, design product suite & define where to play / how to win
- Own end-to-end new product development for multiple products in our medical-grade skincare line – including positioning, product selection, formulation R&D, manufacturer management, packaging, and commercialization
- Become the in-house expert on new categories and capabilities, responsible for zero-defect research & analysis and communicating key insights to leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams throughout the organization—including data science, tech product, and marketing—and drive process forward to bring products to life
- Own relationships with key external stakeholders including suppliers, third-party service providers, and contract labor responsible for brand launch
- Work closely with Brand leadership to execute against the company’s strategic objectives
Who you are:
- 2-4 years of full-time experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting or high-growth start-ups
- Passionate about creating exceptional products that address consumers’ biggest problems
- A self-starter with a desire to win – someone who is exceptionally comfortable with ambiguity and solving complex problems
- High level of individual ownership with a mindset of getting things done and driving processes forward without supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage many different stakeholders both internally and externally
- A “doer” and a leader – willing to get hands dirty in execution while maintaining a strategic mindset
- Strong analytical skills with a bias for action
