Our Company has an immediate opening for a Apartment Porter/Make-Ready Technician position for our beautiful apartment community. We are looking for a long term employee who has attention to detail and a great attitude.
MAKE READY/PORTER primary responsibility is the upkeep of the property in order to enhance and maintain its curb appeal. The make ready technician is responsible for maintaining the exterior common areas, assist with minor maintenance repairs, making vacant units move-in ready, and assist with all maintenance related property projects.
DUTIES
- Responsible for helping to maintain the entire property in an attractive, comfortable condition.
- Assists in trash pickup on the property.
- Assists in all types of maintenance, when necessary and as requested.
- Assists in completing the turnovers/make-readies of vacant units, as requested
- Acquire and maintain thorough knowledge of the buildings, grounds, swimming pools and other areas as required
- Make repairs in a timely manner.
