Job Description: Change Management / Strategic Communications Clearance: Must currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance and be able to obtain a polygraph level clearance after hire Location: Springfield, VA Years of Experience: 15 Years Education: Graduate degree or equivalent experience within a related field Overall Assignment Description: This position will design and deliver visually-based group processes and consulting services to spark innovation, foster collaboration and communication, and support high performing teams. In addition, this position will facilitate an accessible decision advantage to corporate applications and services. Duties include: • Plan and deliver meetings using graphic facilitation to improve consensus and content retention • Observe, listen, and synthesize valuable content into a visually appealing combination of words and images that become a common, and memorable record. • Design and facilitate innovation-focused workshops to leverage user-centered practices and strengthen product value. • Develop materials to systematically illustrate a system, process, or other complex concept. Includes storyboard, roadmaps, OV-1s, and/or action sketches. • Enable participatory decision making to create common understanding centered on ideas. • Ensures consistent themes and talking points for NGA and IA Senior Leadership engagements with other NGA elements, the IC, and the broader Global GEOINT Enterprise. • Compiles summary notes, actions items etc. for IA planning events (e.g. IA Vertical Cut, IA Leaders Offsite). Skills and Experience: Required • At least 12 months demonstrated experience facilitating strategic planning and creating big picture, tangible plans • At least 12 months demonstrated experience sketching videos and storyboards to illustrate complex systems. • At least 12 months demonstrated experience delivering meetings to increase product value targeted to Senior Executives, Flag Officers, or VIPs. • Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing strategic communications plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. Desired Skills: • (U) At least 12 months demonstrated experience applying human-centered design practices to create powerful images. • (U) At least 12 months demonstrated experience developing real-time communications needs.
