Senior Memory Design Engineer – SRAM & Low-Power Design
A leading semiconductor company is seeking an experienced Senior Memory Design Engineer to develop high-performance SRAMs, register file memories, and compiled memories . This role is critical in optimizing circuit performance, reducing power consumption, and supporting silicon bring-up.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop custom circuits from scratch , including SRAMs, register files, and custom cells.
- Collaborate with microarchitecture, physical design, and mask design teams to optimize performance, power, and area (PPA)
- Conduct circuit simulation, equivalence checking, and power characterization
- Drive design automation and enhance tool flows.
- Support post-silicon test and debug efforts.
