Some travel to Denver, CO will be required at the start of the position for training purposes, and then will be fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Help to answer phones
- Team Admin duties – approving timesheets, answering questions, pulling service cards, audits
- Excel experience in pulling reports using pivot tables
- Type 40 wpm
- Able to multi task
- Positive and helpful attitude
- Good customer service skills
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid driver’s license.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have basic computer skills (including Microsoft Office Suite), data entry skills.
- Strong basic math skills for counting inventory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to pass background and drug screen.
Working Conditions and Hours:
- Monday-Friday - 8am-4:30pm Central Time. Overtime possible as well.
- Normal home office environment including sitting up to 8 hours per day.
