Summary :
As a key member of OmniCable's Category Management team, the Product Line Account Manager will support the sales organization by selling, managing, evaluating, and growing multiple product lines. This individual will report to the Manager, Category Management and will be responsible for all aspects of managing the development and growth of sales for their assigned product lines.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing and growing product line sales across North America by owning all key areas of the sales process - Quoting, Order Entry, Pricing, Margins, Forecasting, Communication, Inventory Strategy, Operational Performance / Service and Marketing Strategy
- Analyze, develop, and maintain customer specific pricing levels to maximize margins, hit sales targets, and grow Panduit's market penetration
- Work closely with Sales and Purchasing to monitor and adjust inventory profiles as needed to ensure desired inventory turns and service levels
- Coordinate and lead field sales trainings and promotions - product specific trainings, market information, customer leads, and sales promotions
- Identify areas to grow market share by targeting specific customers and product lines they are not currently serviced in the market
- Monitor daily and monthly sales and activity reports to ensure sales, margin, and profitability targets are being met or exceeded
- Address and coordinate resolution of operational issues and opportunities regarding new Panduit product initiatives
