General Description / Purpose
The Quality Control Technician is responsible for conducting day-to-day hands-on activities to ensure that all requirements established for produced elements are fully met.
Essential Job Functions
- Conduct the activities as defined in the Factory Quality manual.
- Follow all Quality Management System requirements defined in the applicable documents and Standards.
- To conduct the Quality control pre- and post-pour inspections on precast elements.
- Monitor pouring operations to ensure that they are performed in accordance with established procedures.
- Preparation and maintenance of quality control reports and records.
- Motivate and train all personnel involved in the Production process.
- Perform all required in-house concrete testing, prepare the reports, and maintain the records.
- To monitor and control in house QC laboratory and batching plant.
- To raise NCR (Nonconformance report) to relevant department if any violation to the established requirement is found.
- Participate in the corrective and preventive actions investigations.
- Implement new system recommended by management if required.
