Regional Property Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple properties within our portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure the properties operate efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they meet company standards for quality and performance.
• Develop and implement property management strategies that enhance occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements, including Section 8 guidelines.
• Oversee leasing activities, including tenant screening, lease negotiations, and renewals.
• Maintain effective communication with tenants, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of properties.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and property performance metrics.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational policies.
• Train and supervise on-site staff, fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork and excellence.

Skills

• Strong understanding of legal administrative processes related to property management.
• Proven sales skills with the ability to effectively market properties to potential tenants.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 requirements is essential.
• Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with tenants, vendors, and team members.
• Experience in real estate administrative tasks, including lease agreements and tenant relations.
• Proficient in property leasing strategies that drive occupancy rates.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in managing documentation and reports.
• Exceptional customer relationship management abilities to foster long-term tenant satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
