Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Manage phone systems effectively, handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Train and supervise front desk staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Implement hotel management policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in managing inventory of front desk supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or guest services, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
