MUST LOVE DOGS! QuickBooks Retail Desktop with A/P, A/R and Inventory experience preferred.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation in our Retail Office environment.
*Duties* - Manage and maintain office and retail showroom - Coordinate Truck Routing & Customer Service Scheduling - Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy - Greet customers and assist with sales or direct them to the appropriate person - Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
*Requirements* - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Strong customer service orientation with excellent phone etiquette - Experience in front desk operations is preferred - Strong data entry and map routing skills (Mapping and GPS tracking) with attention to detail.
Part-time position with fluctuating schedule based on workload, could lead to FT position for the right candidate.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
