- Salary: $70,000-$90,000
- Full time hours schedule (8am - 5pm) - Monday through Friday

Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the medical office, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
- Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks.
- Handle fiscal management tasks such as budgeting, financial reporting, and billing processes.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to improve patient care services and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and patient satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for clinical needs.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner to foster a positive patient experience.
Experience
- Proven experience in office management within a medical or dental setting is required.
- Background in critical care or clinic operations will be considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
