Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the DTI to support P1 practices during Dentrix Ascend training and post-conversion.
- Utilize and understand analytical tools, including Jarvis, at the practice level.
- Efficiently complete project-related tasks and make informed decisions for project progression.
- Communicate effectively with the technology team to address and resolve conflicts.
- Educate practices on workflows, updates, new releases, and system downtime.
- Provide on-site Go-Live support to providers and clinic staff within the P1 network.
- Assist clinical and non-clinical staff with understanding new systems and optimizing efficiency.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction. Promote system security and maintain compliance standards.
- Participate in testing new features and provide feedback on adaptability.
- Train and support newly acquired practices and new hires on Dentrix Ascend standards and workflows.
What We're Looking For:
- 1 years of experience with the full life cycle of dental practice management products (Dentrix and/or Ascend preferred)
- 2 years of experience in a job in the healthcare market, dental preferred
- Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a technical environment
- Background with product demonstrations strongly preferred
- Motivated, self-starter
- Demonstrated knowledge of agile methodology
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Travel Required – 25% with possible overnight stays up to two days during implementations
