Catering Operations and Cafe looking for an assistant whose responsibilities might entail the following:
Invoicing
Drafting proposals for Clients
Interacting with Clients
Organization of proposals, menus & other documents
Responding to emails
Reaching out to new Clients
Attendance and setup of all catered services coordinating staffing for events
- Knowledge of catering operations is a requirement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
