Summary:
As a Production Lead, you will manage team member production. You will be responsible for supervising the team in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan own work activities, including coordination of work activities of others
- Monitor performance of team members within the crew
- Assist with crew scheduling
- Coordinate and assign duties of team members; provides team member training.
- Ensure that production deadlines and requirements are met.
- Keep records of production
- Regularly perform product quality verifications.
- Regularly perform scale inspections for accuracy
- Maintain legible and accurate records or logs as required.
- Assist with inventory tracking (APC)
- Make sure hygiene and safety regulations are followed.
- Perform other duties, as assigned
What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:
Required:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One year related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred:
- Forklift certification.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Basic PC knowledge
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Pay Range: $18 - $20 Hourly
