We are seeking an enthusiastic and responsible individual to join our team as a Full Time Automotive Lot Attendant and Inventory Photographer. The Lot Attendant is responsible for ensuring vehicles are presentable and ready for demonstration. This dual role requires someone who has the ability to drive and park cars safely (including cars with manual transmissions), and able to use mobile phone or iPad to capture and upload compelling photographs of our new and used inventory to our inventory management software. As a Lot Attendant and Inventory Photographer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the appearance and organization of our lot while capturing appealing images of our inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange and organize vehicles on the lot in an attractive and accessible manner. Must be able to operate manual transmissions.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any maintenance or detailing needs.
- Ensure that vehicles are sufficiently fueled for test drives.
- Capture high-quality, well-composed, and appealing photographs of vehicles for online listings and marketing materials, using your mobile device and our inventory management application (VAUTO). We have an ipad to use if necessary.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure that inventory images meet quality standards.
- Support the sales team by parking cars after test drives, as needed.
- Occasionally assist the sales team by driving a new vehicle to an assigned dealership, and bringing back another vehicle in return (Dealer exchange).
- Assist the Used Car Manager to move vehicles to the body shops and service departments as requested.
- Shuttle dealership employees to other locations as requested by management.
Requirements:
- Ability to drive all makes and models of cars, trucks, and SUV.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions.
- Ability to work well unsupervised.

- Previous experience in automotive lot management or photography is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating digital cameras and basic photography equipment.
- Virginia Driver's License
