Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our daily office operations, providing support to the sales team, and overseeing administrative tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling past due accounts and ensuring timely filing of liens as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and greeting incoming visitors
  • Scheduling client inspections for our sales team
  • Ordering all office supplies
  • Scheduling all meetings and keeping office calendar up to date
  • Following up with all incoming leads
  • Managing past due accounts and collecting money
  • Filing liens in the appropriate amount of time
  • Checking the mail and distributing it appropriately
  • Distributing all incoming and outgoing packages and mail
  • Assisting HR in scheduling initial interviews and onboarding new employees
  • Ensuring that the office is maintained and cleaned, including the fish tank
  • Managing software issues and equipment maintenance
  • Ensuring that sales materials are organized and stocked
  • Communicating effectively with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in managing past due accounts and filing liens is preferred
  • Customer service experience is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call

Experience:

  • Management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
