Job Summary: Will perform technical support functions, including workstation construction, upgrade and maintenance, Cat-5 cabling and connectivity
Qualifications/Reporting:
Required minimum education: High School graduate or equivalent.
Required minimum experience: One year experience in hardware and software troubleshooting with Microsoft Operating Systems is required. MS Word, Excel and Power Point experience is preferred.
Required skills (if applicable): Must possess strong customer service skills. Strong PC troubleshooting skills. Understanding of Microsoft operating systems. Familiarity of networking infrastructures. Understanding of network technology, including server and workstation configuration.
