Job Overview
Pamarco’s Laboratory Technician will work closely with the Sales team and other members of the inside and outside customer service team to analyze customer data.
The Lab Technician role is vital to the overall framework of research and development activities for the company. Reviewing sensitive customer and manufacturing data and creating professional reports for distribution.
Other duties include setting up analysis equipment, gathering data and carrying out the basic investigations that are allocated to them. This position will also support sales staff by maintaining detailed and accurate records of research findings and insuring instruments are accurately calibrated, as well as ensuring that health and safety procedures are adhered to.
This position requires a detailed oriented and well organized individual capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Able to communicate effectively to participate in management meetings and take responsibility for process improvement initiatives and other assigned action items.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Analytical thought process and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Microsoft AX/CRM preferred
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials
- Communication and interpersonal skills a must
