This position will oversee and manage the day-to-day marketing activities of the organization and long-term marketing strategy for the company. Provides leadership, creativity, direction, and development the marketing team in a manner that complements Paramount Global’s strategic directives.

· Thinking about the customer perspective first in all business matters and balancing the interests of multiple internal and external parties.
· Focused on lead generation and high-quality conversions by minimizing barriers to sales success.
· Adapts to fast-paced settings such as trade shows to handle on-site logistics and assist with lead capture.
· Data and metric-centric to make sure KPI’s are driving marketing strategy and campaigns.
· Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation and reporting to drive strategy.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive internal and external success.
· Promoting a team culture of positivity through consistent meetings, personal connection, open sharing of ideas and suggestions, empathy, humility, enthusiasm, accountability, and follow through.
