Parentalzen LLC is seeking both full-time and part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide behavioral interventions for children with autism, focusing on social skills development and peer collaboration. Services will primarily be delivered in a clinic setting, with additional support provided in home, community, and group settings.

Position Details:
The RBT will deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions to children in their natural environment. After extensive initial and ongoing training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), RBTs will focus on improving attention, social skills, and group integration while taking data on learning targets to enhance skills and reduce problem behaviors.
Availability:
Candidates should be available between 8 AM and 7 PM (full time) on the days they are scheduled to work, as this is when sessions typically occur.
Career Advancement:
After training, all RBTs who meet performance criteria can sit for the RBT exam (with reimbursement for one test fee). If the exam is passed within 90 days of employment, employees will be eligible for a promotion and increased compensation.
