Motorcycle Sales Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while driving sales and supporting our retail operations. This role requires strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance.
• Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling products.
• Support the sales pipeline by maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring product displays are visually appealing.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate product benefits effectively.
• Experience with outside sales or managing a sales pipeline is a plus.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
