Duties and Responsibilities:
- Function as part of the clinical leadership team
- Supervise facility staff and operations
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures
- Coordinate clinical operations and schedules
- Address and manage patient and staff concerns
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Ohio RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- SNF Supervisor Experience Required
