Pathways is looking to add a Residential Program Manager to our Residential Team! The role of the Residential Program Manager is to help set and oversee the day-to-day expectations of our 24/7 Residential Homes for adults with intellectual disabilities. The Residential Program Manager is also responsible for the supervision of our Home Coordinators and Direct Support Professionals. This role will ensure that the program site is maintained in a safe, secure manner, documentation is accurate and timely, and that the needs of every Individual are met and that our individuals are being treated with dignity and respect. As a leader within the program, this role will provide coaching, direction and skill development for the team on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, identifying challenges and barriers and building plans that mitigate them and for ensuring that quality services are continuously evaluated and improved to stay compliant to state and federal guidelines.

Some essential functions include, but are not limited to:
- Provide oversight of Residential program operations, management, funds, staff and physical sites for assigned homes
- Conduct and document regularly scheduled developmental meetings with the Home Coordinators for the purpose of problem solving, assessing needs, reviewing staff performances, allocating resources, enhancing services and identifying goals designed to improve knowledge and skills.
- Focus on regulatory and licensing requirements with an emphasis on Quality and Compliance in daily operations. Including regular inspections of the physical properties, review of essential Individual care documentation, vigorous incident management and enforces consistent clinical, health/ wellness and nutritional requirements.
- Consistently and accurately follows and enforces policies and procedures as established by PathWays and regulations established by the Department of Human Services, HUD, OSHA, and HIPAA.
- Ensure that all regulatory documentation is completed accurately and within prescribed timeframes for the home, staff, and individuals.
- Ensure that safety of the individuals within our care is consistently the priority of staff within the home and community. Respond to any safety concerns immediately and follow protocol to alert the appropriate personnel.
- Active participant on the Clinical Specialist/Behavioral Specialist implementation team relative to ISP’s, behavioral plans and other multi-disciplinary activities established for the health and welfare of our Individuals.
