Member Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members through regular communication and account management
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring member satisfaction
Member Service Representative Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to address member needs effectively
- Financial Institution experience a plus.
