The General Laborer will perform a variety of manual labor duties, including but not limited to cleaning, organizing, and assisting in the assembly of products. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

The General Laborer will perform a variety of manual labor duties, including but not limited to cleaning, organizing, and assisting in the assembly of products. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials, tools, and equipment both indoors and outdoors, often in extreme conditions.
- Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the worksite, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste materials.
- Operate basic hand and power tools, as well as other machinery, following safety guidelines and procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery as directed by the supervisor.
- Assist in the assembly, packaging, and labeling of products as per specifications.
- Follow instructions and blueprints to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Attend regular meetings and training sessions to improve knowledge and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, reporting any potential hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete daily tasks and projects on time.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a general labor role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions, blueprints, and safety guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools, as well as machinery used in general labor tasks.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions and different work environments.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
