Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging tours of homes and communities with prospective residents, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our properties.
Handle lease renewals and management, ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion of tasks.
Prepare and deliver collection, eviction, and lease violation notices, adhering to legal compliance requirements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative strategies for attracting and retaining residents.
Promptly and professionally address resident inquiries and issues, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
Monitor and analyze market conditions and trends, contributing insights to enhance leasing strategies.
Assist with staff training and performance evaluation, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
Requirements:
Experienced working in home or apartment leasing, with a proven track record of sales success.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with property management software.
Strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value of our properties.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
