What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Management Administrative Assistant position at Pearson Dental Supply?

Duties May Include:

  • Provide full administrative support.
  • Manage workflow of daily tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed.
  • Assist in lease administration activities, including abstracting leases.
  • Organize and maintain contracts and files.
  • Draft letters and notices
  • Correspond with tenants and brokers
  • Assist and follow up with estimates, schedule work, track, record and implement all maintenance and repairs
  • Supervise projects and repairs
  • Visit properties
  • Manage move-ins and move-outs and inspections at both residential and commercial properties
  • Resolve tenant problems
  • Other general office duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant office experience where timely turnarounds are required
  • Excellent prioritization, project management and critical thinking skills, with a strong sense of focus, organization, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic team player with the flexibility to re-prioritize, multi-task and switch tasks fluidly in a fast-paced environment with numerous deadlines
  • Proactive and self-motivated to execute on responsibilities
  • Positive, can-do attitude with ability to hit the ground running
  • Ability to proficiently multitask.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excel And QuickBooks is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
