Responsibilities
- Develop and execute vehicle-level test plans for mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
- Conduct field tests, durability tests, and feature validation in real-world conditions.
- Work closely with engineering teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system failures.
- Implement data collection strategies and analyze test results to improve performance and reliability.
- Manage test schedules, logistics, and prototype vehicle testing programs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Document test results, create reports, and provide recommendations for product improvements.
- Collaborate with suppliers and external testing facilities as needed.
- 5 years of experience in vehicle testing, validation, or field testing within automotive, robotics, or aerospace industries.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and software testing methodologies.
- Strong background in developing structured test plans, data collection, and failure analysis.
- Experience using diagnostic tools, sensors, and test equipment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams.
