- Customer Service oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain assigned accounts.
- Resolve margin, sell, and cost issues.
- Sourcing and quoting new items.
- Evaluate inventory usage and planning.
- Troubleshoot order and delivery issues.
- Ability to develop relationships with vendor partners.
- Assist with quoting as needed.
- Assist in the bid process as needed.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Coordinate sample requests as needed.
- Ability to upsell.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma required; Associates Degree preferred.
- (2) years' experience in a customer service environment preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with sales professionals, customers, team members and management required.
- Must be detailed oriented, strategic, and well organized.
- Must be able to multi-task and follow-up on issues/concerns.
- Proven ability to execute with tact.
- Able to cope in a stressful and fast-paced environment
- Must possess good organizational skills, good verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.
