CNC Programmer/set-up/Operator

Pennsylvania Tool & Gage is looking for an experienced CNC programmer/set- up/operator to join our team!

Title: CNC Programmer/Set-up/Operator in Meadville, PA.

Program/Set-up/Operator Responsibilities:

• Program, Set-up and Operate CNC Mill to meet print requirements in an efficient and safe manner. Run a second machine if possible.
• Perform appropriate inspections to ensure quality requirements are being met
• Follow company policies
• Perform required preventative maintenance checks (operators provide basic daily/weekly checks, maintenance performs more in-depth checks at other intervals).
• Participate/engage in continuous improvement efforts
• Work with Engineering and/or Management to implement innovative ideas to improve productivity, quality and safety
• Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience programming, setting-up and operating CNC mills
• 5-axis mill experience a plus
• Must have good attendance
• Must have a good attitude
• Knowledge of Mastercam
• Knowledge of Solid works helpful
• Knowledge of CNC Lathes helpful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.50 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
