Project Management Coordinator | $50 - $55 w2 | contract

PURPOSE :
We are looking for an energetic team member to drive the key coordination processes for strategic alignment, partnership / alliance, and integration efforts.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
The Project Management Coordinator manages the team's time, resources, and information flows across a portfolio of 2-4 initiatives and standing responsibilities of the team's executive sponsors.
The Coordinator will have particular skill in managing the global logistics associated with intercontinental travel, meetings with 2 to 20 colleagues, and the assembly of shared files, documents, and updates related to these efforts.
