The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. The total compensation package for this position may include a performance bonus and / or profit sharing. A range of medical, dental, vision, and / or other benefits are available.
Role :
The Delivery Manager will be involved in implementation, configuration, and interfacing with customers in a post-sale role.
Delivery management, customer project management
Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
Pre-sales, sales technical support
Responsible for leading customer engagements to achieve strategic business objectives and technology outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Computer Science OR Computer Engineering preferred
Client relationship management, with executive presence
4-5 years working in a technology / SaaS company that sold / built enterprise software
Recent or past technical software development / implementation experience
Understanding AI / ML computing needs, Knowledge of Infrastructure as code ( IaC ) would be great. Knowledge / understanding of data center - Storage / Memory systems will be very useful
Python and shell scripting or any technical expertise to help set up test environments
