What You'll Do :
- Engage with potential customers via phone, email, text, and social media to generate sales opportunities.
- Respond to inbound leads and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for our sales team.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of leads in our CRM system.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement.
- Develop product knowledge to effectively communicate vehicle features and benefits.
