We have an exciting opportunity for a talented finance leader who has a proven track record, to fill a “key leadership position”, reporting directly to the CEO and CFO.
This position will support our 3 unique hospitality and entertainment entities, which include:
· Perfect Parties USA, LLC
· Artificial Ice Events, LLC
· Oceanview of Nahant
Our new Controller will have a fantastic opportunity to impact the financial fitness and growth of our companies.

The Work…
Our new VP of Finance and Administration will be challenged to expertly:
· Oversee Financial Accounting
Ensure timely/accurate reconciled data - Balance sheet, P&L and cash flow
Customer/Vendor Analysis
Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable
Banking, Investment and Financial Management
· Implement Financial Controls, Policies & Procedures
- Ensure secure assets, accurate and timely data, compliance
· Tax Reporting and Compliance
Corporate Tax Accounting Records
Vendor/Tax Reporting
Tax Authority Obligations (Sales/Annual FIlings)
Tax notices follow up
Financial Reporting
Periodic, Ad Hoc Reporting, Dashboard Development
Insurance Audits
Forecasts/Budgeting/Planning
· Collaboration with Outside Tax Accounting Firm
· 401k Oversight/Reporting/Compliance
· IT System Oversight
Contract Management
· Facilities Management
· HR Program Oversight
- Payroll/Benefits Oversight
-Development and Mentoring of Accounting Staff
· Recommend and Initiate improvements to the financial and administrative infrastructure

Qualifications:
· BS in Accounting, Finance or Business
· 7 or more years of progressive accounting experience, public or private at a leadership level
· Prior accounting oversight required
· Financial Statement Reporting and Analysis Experience Required
· Skillful data analysis, critical thinking, and strong financial acumen
· Results-oriented strategic thinker
· Commitment to integrity, excellence, and the highest standards of ethics
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
· Accounting Software Experience (QuickBooks Online a plus)
