Store Manager Responsibilities:
The Store Manager oversees the store's daily operations, including stock management, customer service, and sales. Store Managers also have the following responsibilities:
- Develops and implement organizational strategies to improve store performance.
- Ensures efficient use of resources and maintain proper inventory levels.
- Trains and supervises store staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Handles administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and budgeting.
- Maintains a clean and organized store environment.
- Handles customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints on time.
Store Manager Skills:
- - Must have a proven track record in sales and exceeding goals.
- Strong organizational skills to manage store operations effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling and budgeting.
- Exceptional phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Knowledge of the local market trends and competition.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and sales calculations.
Store Manager must be able to lift a least 25 lbs.
