Summary:
Join the team in the Medford Division and provide outstanding customer service, through the timely and accurate processing of customer orders, answering inquiries and solving customers’ order-related problems. Provide administrative support for assigned Account Managers in a team-based environment in alignment with WCP Solutions’ culture and company and department goals. Enjoy your personal time with friends/family by having a consistent and reliable schedule M-F 8:30am-5:00pm with opportunity for overtime.
Pay Range: $20.00-$21.00/Hr.

Essential Functions:
o Have great phone etiquette on calls to customer service, follow thru with customer requests in a timely manner to all inquiries.
o Write up price quotes for stock items; work with merchandising and sales to facilitate price quotes for non-stock items.
o Advise customers on trends, new products working with in their budgets and timelines.
o Support inventory management and upcoming orders to resupply stock including product delays or change orders.
o Communicate customer-related information, opportunities and problems to Account Managers and Sales Manager to facilitate information flow.
o Complete daily production, accurate data entry, reporting paperwork and other office tasks.
Qualifications:
o Highest level of professionalism with the ability to keep confidentiality.
o Microsoft Office and accuracy in invoicing.
o Experience with customers while being courteous and articulate.
o Effective verbal and written communications skills; ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
o Focus on time management, punctuality, detail oriented and consistency.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
o Perform basic mathematical skills including use of measurement systems.
o Strong attention to detail, well organized with ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects; approachable, flexible, adaptable to change.
o Customer service oriented and dependable, with the ability to work well under pressure in an environment full of deadlines, providing accurate output.
o Maintain a clean work environment and follow safety requirements and principles.
