What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paint Finisher position at Personnel Source, Inc?
Personnel Source Inc is hiring for a highly reputable union shop!
Commercial cabinet shop is looking for experienced finishers/painters to stain, paint and finish (topcoat) store fixtures and displays for high-end retail stores and architectural millwork for casinos, hospitality and gaming industry.
Specific duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or drawings to determine the parts required for finish.
- Experience in the use of pneumatic spray finish equipment and related hand tools.
- Experience mixing stain, lacquer, and paint to achieve desired finish required.
- Experience masking, sanding, and blending.
- Requires ability to lift and handle 50 lbs.
- Perform special projects as required.
- Demonstrate reliability.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Promote the highest level of professionalism and ethics.
Shift Schedule:
Monday - Friday
6:00am to 2:30pm (availability for OT weekdays and occasional weekend days as production schedules dictate)
