The Sr Business System Analyst skillfully translates business requirements into detailed functional specifications, aligning technology solutions with our business processes that ultimately enhance our manufacturing operations.
Business Requirements Management: Collaborate with various departments to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Translate these needs into technical requirements for software development or system implementation.
Process Analysis and Optimization: Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. Lead initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
System Design and Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement new systems or integration of existing ones to meet business requirements. Ensure seamless alignment with manufacturing operations processes, including inventory management, supply chain, production, and quality control.
Quality Assurance and Testing: Develop and execute test plans and lead testing efforts. Work with your team to verify that systems meet specified requirements and maintain a high standard of quality.
User Training and Support: Provide end-user training on new systems and applications. Lead the support and troubleshooting efforts to ensure a smooth transition to new technology.
Change Management: Champion change management efforts by addressing resistance to change, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth transition to new technologies and processes.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and procedures. Promote knowledge sharing within the team and the organization.

Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Business System Analyst in a manufacturing or similar industry.
