The Project Coordinator reports to the Lead Project Coordinator. This position provides administrative support to multiple Project Managers (PM).
- 1-3 years Operations Administrative support, Utility/Telecommunications experience, preferred but not required
- Ability to exercise mature judgment and suggest the appropriate action when working with employees, management, or customers
- Proficiency with the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Associate's degree in business or related field, preferred but not required
- Successful completion of preplacement drug test, motor vehicle, and background check
- successful completion of preplacement business references checks
SKILLS:
- Demonstrate effective in person and electronic communications skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy in your work
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing the support to multiple project managers
- Exceptional organization, prioritization and time management skills
- Ability to communicate all relevant job details and requirements to supervisor

Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator reports to the Lead Project Coordinator. This position provides administrative support to multiple Project Managers (PM).
- Processing of test results for all scheduled work will be the primary job function
- Large Projects: working with customers to build a process for test result deliverables. This would include processing and analyzing data, making a reburn report or list of errors in the field, delivering the final test results. Work with Corey and PM team to address issues in the field.
- Help develop training programs and processes for testing and processing test results
- Setting up OTDRs with proper settings and thresholds that meet each of our customer requirements
- Assist in coordinating and communicating PM schedules
- Coordinate and secure access to customer sites and various underground systems
- Have an OTDR – Assist with obtaining unidirectional shots in the field as needed
- Network Mapping
- Deliverables - collect, mark up and deliver punch list items for a variety of projects.
Work Conditions
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Variable office and field environment; exposure to all types of weather conditions
