HVAC Field Supervisor
Piedmont Service Group has been providing HVAC services to clients in NC, SC, and VA since 1971!
We are currently looking for an experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to join our team in Greensboro, NC .
Position Summary : The Field supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of six to 10 field technicians.
This includes leading by example, setting goals and expectations and providing real time coaching and mentoring on commercial, technical, and administrative responsibilities.
Provides Technical Support and employee development via real time mentoring phone support and field on the job training period monitors the quality and efficiency of the work performed and document visits.
Set goals and expectations for team members, provides weekly oversight and provides input for each team member annual performance reviews.
Benefits :Qualifications preferred for job candidates :
- 7-10 years of direct hands on mechanical system projects and / or maintenance experience
- Valid NC driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Must be familiar with chillers, boilers, furnaces, HVAC, cooling towers, control and CRAC unit systems / technologies
- Working knowledge of BMS control systems and familiar with VAV systems
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be willing to take calls after hours
- H1, H2 and H3 license is preferred
- Must possess universal CFC certification
- Knowledge and utilization of XOI, JHA, Mobile tech and Piedmont processes a plus
- Strong Leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
