Pieper Veterinary Stratford is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospital Manager to join our team. As a rapidly expanding general and specialty practice, we offer a range of services including General Practice, Medical Oncology, and Urgent Care Medicine.

What You’ll Do:
The Hospital Manager is fully responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hospital, overseeing staff and providing our clients, patients, and the team with the resources needed to deliver outstanding patient care and customer service. Our ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience, preferably in veterinary general practice as this role requires critical thinking and skills specific to veterinary medicine.
You will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and scheduling your team, as well as mentoring and developing personalized growth plans with each employee.
The hospital manager works closely with the surrounding area hospital managers to develop workflow improvements to increase efficiency while managing high-quality care as well as resolving client concerns. The manager reports to the Area Director and will work with them to develop operational and financial goals for their individual hospital.
Compensation: $60,000-$75,000 annually based on experience.

- Certified Veterinary Practice Manager is desirable but not required.
- 3 years in Customer Service role, preferably in veterinary general practice.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task.
- Proven experience developing and growing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Standard knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office Programs.
- Must be flexible to meet the needs of the department.
