Where you’ll be working

Connection Athens is a 876 bed student housing property in Athens, GA. The property is located near the campus of University of Georgia.

What you’ll do

The Resident Services Manager will be the forefront of the Resident Services Department. In leading the march for all resident satisfaction, the RSM will ensure all rent is paid and posted in a timely manner, and all collection efforts and resident ledgers are consistent with company policy. In coordination with the Leasing and Marketing Director, the RSM will act proactively throughout the month ensuring all resident events are thoughtfully created and well attended according to resident surveys and questionnaires; providing the ultimate living experience for residents leading to a minimum 40% retention rate.

What we look for

· A minimum of one year in Multi-Family Property Management – Student Housing preferred

· A minimum of two years in a Customer Service setting

· Ability to read and write English fluently

· Ability to perform intermediate mathematical functions

· Ability to understand, implement and perform all on site software functions

· Be able to work independently with little to no supervision or in a team setting

· Be a kind person that is willing to give back to others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
